ETR-9040 1/16 DIN MICROPROCESSOR BASED LIMIT CONTROL

Ogden's new ETR-9040 Limit Control protects equipment, materials and personnel from over-temperature process conditions. A true back-up system can be put in place when this control is used with a dedicated sensor and contactor. Universal Input allows the Ogden ETR-9040 to be used in many temperature, pressure, flow and other control applications. An optional port provides additional functions such as a programmable alarm, RS-485 communications, DC power supply, limit annunciator, or event input. The ETR-9040 should be protecting your process because it's easy to sue, versatile and extremely accurate.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL TOUCH SCREEN PANELS

OGDEN introduces Touch Screen Panels. Operator created screens with 3-D graphics provide flexibility in program configurations. QRH1 QUARTZ LAMP INFRARED HEATERS

The most recent addition to the Ogden infrared product line is the QRH1 Quartz Lamp Infrared Heater. Translucent fused quartz provides the most efficient heat transfer capability and the quickest responding radiant heat source available. Faster process speeds are possible compared to other infrared sources. Heat-up and cool-down are especially quick. QRH1 Quartz Lamp assemblies include an easily installed, rugged aluminum housing with a polished reflector. ETR-3400 1/32 DIN PROCESS CONTROLLER

The ETR-3400 includes the advanced features of the ETR-9300 in a 1/32 DIN size. An 18 bit A/D converter and a 10 per second sample rate provides precise control for many processes. Either the process value or set point can be displayed. Like the ETR-9300, digital communications or analog retransmission allow the ETR-3400 to be integrated with supervisory control systems and software. ETR-9300 1/16 DIN PROCESS CONTROLLER

OGDEN announces the introduction of the ETR-9300 Process Controller. A fully programmable 1/16 DIN control, the ETR-9300 features Ogden's exclusive "Smarter Logic". Universal input, loop, sensor and heater break alarms, programmable secondary outputs, serial communications and a NEMA 4X/IP65 front panel are the prominent features. MINI-TUBULAR HEATERS

OGDEN has offered the 3/4" i.d. by 1-1/4" wide Mini-Tubular nozzle heater for many years. This is designed as the heating component for Husky Injection Molding Machine hot runner systems. Because of its 360° heating surface and high temperature capabilities, OGDEN customers have found many other uses for these items, from semiconductor and packaging equipment to medical instrumentation. The latest improvement in Mini-Tubular design is the Cam-Clamp. The axial clamp allows the heater to be changed or replaced without removing the tooling from the mold base. The hex head screw is accessed from the front. On similar Mini Tubular Heaters with the mounting flange, access is from the side, as is typical of most band heater mounting styles. The Cam Clamp can even be changed in an emergency while the mold is still in the press. With Cam Clamp mounting, many hours of maintenance time can be saved in Mini-Tubular applications. ETR-3 TEMPERATURE CONTROL

OGDEN announces the newest addition to its temperature control product line, the ETR-3. An FM approved safety limit control, the ETR-3 provides protection for expensive heaters and sensitive materials. Manual reset with terminals for a remote switch, form C relay and DIN rail mounting are additional features. Slots are also provided for panel mounting. FP FLAT PANEL INFRARED HEATER

OGDEN's newest product is the FP FLAT PANEL INFRARED HEATER. The standard design will produce 1300° F face temperature for a peak energy wavelength of 3-5 microns. 1600° F and higher temperatures will be possible for 2.5 microns and shorter wavelengths. Wide area coverage can be provided. Widths range from 4" to 24", and lengths from 6" to 72". Black quartz cloth is the standard face material.
